Beta participation terms
Sage Recall is a pre-release service. By creating an account or using the beta, you agree to these terms and the privacy notice.
A beta, not a finished service
Features may be incomplete, change, or occasionally be unavailable. Sage may contain errors and should not be your only record of an important promise, legal obligation, or safety-critical fact. No uptime or long-term availability is promised during the beta.
Your responsibilities
Keep your sign-in links and devices secure. Use Sage lawfully and only with information you have a right to provide. Obtain any consent required before recording or uploading a conversation. Do not use the beta for medical records, financial account secrets, government identifiers, children’s data, or other highly sensitive regulated information.
Private feedback
You may share product feedback with the Sage Recall team. Feedback can be used to improve the product, but Sage will not use the private relationship content in your account for marketing or publish it as a testimonial without separate permission.
AI and accuracy
Transcription and AI suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. Review proposed memories and source context before relying on them. You remain responsible for what you approve, share, or act on.
Access and ending participation
Beta access is personal and may be limited, suspended, or ended to protect testers or the service. You may export or delete your data from Profile before leaving. Account deletion is permanent after the required recent sign-in check.
No absolute security guarantee
Sage uses technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can promise perfect security. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly through the Sage Recall team or the in-app feedback control.
