Privacy notice
Sage Recall is designed to keep relationship context private to the account that created it. This notice explains the current beta behavior in plain language.
What Sage stores
Your account details, people, meetings you choose to connect, notes, transcripts, approved memories, commitments, preferences, feedback, and any photos you upload. Audio follows the retention choice in your profile; by default Sage does not keep the recording after processing. Optional 7-day and 30-day recordings are removed by a hourly cleanup after their deadline, which can take up to another hour if the job runs normally.
How it is used
Sage uses this information only to provide your private memory, meeting preparation, recall, sharing choices, support, security, and product improvement during the beta. Model suggestions do not become trusted memories until you approve them.
Service providers
Sage currently relies on Supabase for authentication, database, and private storage; Vercel for hosting and traffic protection; OpenAI for transcription and structured memory proposals; Google only when you choose Google sign-in or connect a read-only calendar; and Vercel BotID and firewall controls for bot and abuse protection.
OpenAI API data is not used to train OpenAI models by default. Depending on the endpoint and account controls, limited abuse- monitoring records may be retained by OpenAI for up to 30 days.
Sharing and control
Sage does not publish your contact graph or contact people for you. A contact-card link is an unlisted bearer link: anyone it is forwarded to can view the fields you selected until it expires or you revoke it. You can correct or delete memories, export your account data, revoke sharing links, disconnect Google Calendar, and delete your account from Profile.
Recording responsibly
Only record or upload a conversation when you have the permission required by the people involved and by applicable law. Avoid adding highly sensitive or regulated information to this early beta.
